Where the information comes from
- National TV & streaming partners come from each league's official announcements for the current season: NFL (www.nfl.com, www.paramountplus.com); NBA (www.nba.com); MLB (www.mlb.com, www.mlb.com); NHL (www.nhl.com); MLS (www.mlssoccer.com); WNBA (www.wnba.com).
- Schedules, game-by-game broadcasters and local channels come from ESPN's public schedule feed. Local channels shown for each team are the ones the feed listed most often for that team's recent games. The site refreshes automatically.
- When the feed has no local channel for a team (for example in the offseason), we say Not in feed yet rather than guess.
Local channels and blackouts
Local and regional channels depend on where you live. A team's local channel is usually only available inside its home area. Out-of-market packages (such as NFL Sunday Ticket, NBA League Pass, MLB.TV or NHL Power Play) don't show your local team's games while you're in its home area, which is called a blackout. NFL Sunday afternoon games air on local CBS and FOX stations, and which game you get depends on your region. Channels can change during a season, so please confirm with your team's official site or your TV provider before you subscribe.
